Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SykaaStore, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support at sykaastore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

After Shipping:

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return or refund under certain conditions (see below).

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

To initiate a return, email us at sykaastore@gmail.com or contact our WhatsApp support with photos/videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Wearables (Smartwatches, AirPods) that have been used or paired
  • Items bought during clearance sales or marked “final sale”
  • Customized or personalized products

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.

If eligible, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. You’ll be asked to provide account/UPI details for the same.
